Abigail Austin Business Solutions is a solo practice led by Kandace Neeley, providing executive partnership, project leadership, and strategic experience design to founder-led businesses in growth mode.

Hi, I’m Kandace — the person behind Abigail Austin Business Solutions.
This is a solo practice, not an agency. The name is a personal one: Abigail and Austin are family names, chosen as an homage to the people whose values shaped how I work. When you hire Abigail Austin Business Solutions, you’re hiring me. No account managers, no hand-offs, no team you’ve never met.
That structure isn’t a limitation — it’s the point. You get one person who knows your business end to end, holds the full context, and stays accountable from the first conversation through to completion.
Who I Work With
Most of my clients are founders and executives at businesses that have grown faster than the systems holding them together.
You know the signs. The calendar is running you instead of the other way around. Critical processes live in one person’s head. There’s an initiative that matters — a launch, a rollout, a reorganization — that keeps sliding because no one owns it but you. The business works, but it works because you’re personally holding the pieces in place.
That’s the gap I step into: bringing structure, follow-through, and steady leadership to the parts of your business that have outgrown ad hoc.
How I Work
I start by listening. Every organization has its own story, priorities, and pressures. The best solutions don’t begin with assumptions — they begin with understanding what actually matters to you, and what’s actually in the way.
I operate with autonomy. You shouldn’t have to manage the person you hired to reduce your workload. I anticipate what’s needed, make decisions within the scope you set, and bring you in where your judgment is genuinely required.
I finish what I start. Plans are easy. Execution is the hard part, and it’s where I do my best work — seeing initiatives through to completion, not just to kickoff.
I bring calm to complexity. When things get tangled, the most valuable thing a partner can offer isn’t urgency — it’s steadiness. Clear communication, a real plan, and momentum that holds.
What You Need. What I’ll Do.
You need clarity around what matters most. I’ll identify the priorities and execute the work that keeps your important initiatives moving.
You need someone who communicates clearly and follows through. I’ll provide thoughtful communication, proactive follow-through, and attention to the details that matter.
You need calm, experienced leadership when things get complex. I’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the work.
You need your systems to stop depending on your memory. I’ll document how the business actually runs, so what’s in your head becomes something your team can follow.
Background
I’m a Certified Scrum Master and DISC certified, with a background in executive operations, project and process leadership, SOP development, recruiting, team development, and strategic event design.
A few examples of the kind of work clients bring me:
Great Place to Work certification. No one on the client’s team had done it before. I learned the requirements, built the process, and the client earned the certification.
CE accreditation for a training program. I audited the existing curriculum against accreditation standards, closed the gaps, and secured the credit.
A corporate retreat, planned end to end. Venue, air and ground transport, meeting space, team outings, and a photographer for team and leadership headshots.
Alongside project and operations work, I support the people side of a business — recruiting, candidate screening, and DISC-based team development.
Let’s talk about what’s slowing you down.
If your business has outgrown the version of “keeping it all together” that got you here, a conversation is the place to start. No pitch, no pressure — just a clear look at where you are and whether I’m the right person to help.
